    Please note hours can vary from week to week, we advise calling or messaging if your looking to pop into the salon. We do not take walk in appointments its by appointment only.

    We also don’t have a receptionist, while we are in treatment the salon door is locked, for voucher and skincare collection we advise to message ahead.

    Parking

    On street parking is available outside the shop, maximum stay 1 hour. Free long stay parking is available in the rear of the Pier Car Park or further along from the salon in John Street or William Street.

    Reception/Door Policy

    Clients are requested to arrive exactly on time for appointments, don’t come early as we don’t have a receptionist  but please don’t come late either. The shop door will open exactly at your appointment time and it will be locked beforehand. If we are running a few minutes don’t worry, we are expecting you, apologies in advance!

    Skincare & Voucher Purchases

    Please note we don’t have a receptionist, so please phone or text 07483 376 898 to check when a therapist will be on reception for all your skincare and voucher purchases.

    You can order vouchers from our website and we will post out or you can collect!
